Initial survey of crops
Inspection performed in the crops, by agronomist, to check the ownership of areas (if own or rented), vegetative condition, and production assessment.
Periodic monitoring of crops
Monitoring of areas for visual inspection of crop in relation to its health status, analysis of records related to cultural practices and vegetative development, allowing the gathering of information about the quality of the crop in the field, and the presence or not of the information contained in the Initial Report, at the time of the initial survey.
Permanent monitoring of crops
Daily monitoring of the crop harvest, with periodic follow-up reporting.
Stocks Certification
Verification by estimative (cubing and/or measurement) of the quantity of product stocked with the issuing of stock certificate and quality certificate.
Stock Monitoring
Monitoring of changes on product stock (receipt/withdrawal) in storage locations, with periodic reporting on product entries, formation of stocks, and due delivery to the carrier or shipper.
Bona-Fide Depositary of Stocks
Monitoring of changes on product stock (receipt/withdrawal) in storage locations. The materials withdrawals can only be made according to instructions of the funder and with the issuing of daily reporting. Products under warranty will always be covered by a specific insurance policy.

Properties Valuation
Evaluation, including reproductive and non-reproductive improvements, aiming to determine the current market value of the property, for purposes of asset value.
This evaluation will be carried out following the basic principles of Norma Brasileira para Avaliação de Bens (Brazilian Standard for Assets Assessment), from ABNT (Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas) (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards), and according to the recommendations of IBAPE (Instituto Brasileiro de Avaliações e Perícias de Engenharia de São Paulo) (Brazilian Institute of Evaluations and Expertise of Engineering from São Paulo).
